VP Public Relations

VP Public Relations coordinates media for BHAC, including press releases to local media, updating our calendar and/or website, and keeping members up to date. As a member of the BHAC executive board, VP PR participates in all exec meetings.

Historian

Takes photos at events, compiles photos into yearly scrapbook, and assists the Crescent Correspondent with submitting pictures to The Crescent.

Database/Directory

Updates the membership database.  Compiles and distributes membership directory yearly.

Fundraising

Coordinates events to raise funds for Balboa Harbor and our philanthropies.

Alumnae/Collegiate Relations

Acts as a liason between Delta Eta chapter (UC Irvine) and BHAC. Assists in coordinating events with Delta Eta.

Crescent Correspondent

Submits pictures and blurbs to The Crescent quarterly.
